springtime

we just got home from a wonderful week in sunny arizona visiting family and really got to experience spring with all of our senses. the overwhelming smell of sweet orange blossoms every evening as the sun went down filled the air for hours; citrus trees were full of both flowers and fruit (which made great fresh squeezed juice every morning); bright white apple blossoms began to appear; bees and bumble bees were working overtime; and the sun was warm on our skin as we sat at the ballpark or did cartwheels in the grass. happy first day of spring!

so this is the new year

happy new year to all our readers!! we are still on the road but should be home very soon - ready and inspired to cook and shoot our little hearts out. here are a few polaroids from our road trip between california & arizona. we were reminded how beautiful the desert is.

recycled and organic

here are a few pictures from a catalog i shot this week for a new eco conscious clothing line ecozuzu.  our friends at ecozuzu are relaunching their look and asked us to come along for the ride.  ecozuzu clothing is made of recycled and organic materials and are printed in a earth friendly way!  here are a few of our favorite polaroids from the shoot.  we'll let you know when the new ecozuzu site is up and running.
